Shipping and Returns
Shipping
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after you have placed your order. Orders usually arrive within 5-8 business days, but could vary slightly.
We currently ship in the U.S. only.
Sunshine Swim is NOT responsible for any shipping delays caused by carriers, weather issues, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. We are NOT responsible for any missing packages once items claim to be shipped.
Returns
We hope you love your Sunshine Swim sets, but if you are not completely satisfied we offer returns that:
- are made within 14 days of original delivery
- the items are unworn with no stains or distress and in their original packaging with original hygiene stickers still attached
- all marked sale items are final sale!
Please submit a return request by emailing sunshineswim.co@yahoo.com and please include your order number in the subject line!
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for their return! Once the return is confirmed via email we will give you to correct return address. Then you can go to your local post office and purchase a return label. We have found this is the cheapest way to process a return! PLEASE include your order number in the return package so we can refund the correct customer!
Refunds are issued to original payment method (excluding the return shipping costs). Please provide 5-7 business days for inspection and processing of refund.
